Terms and Conditions – Capillus Beauty

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Capillus Beauty in Helsingborg.
By booking and/or undergoing a treatment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings
All bookings are made via our booking system (BokaDirekt) or by agreement directly with the clinic. By making a booking, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate,
- you have read and accepted these terms and conditions,
- you understand the price, treatment type, and scheduled time.
2. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
2.1 Cancellation
To avoid charges, cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled appointment.
2.2 Rescheduling with fee
If you wish to reschedule later than 48 hours before the appointment, this may, subject to availability, be done for an administrative fee of 500 SEK. This fee covers staff costs and lost booking time.
2.3 Late cancellation without rescheduling
If you cancel later than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment, and do not choose to reschedule with the fee according to section 2.2, Capillus Beauty reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment price.
2.4 No-show
In case of a no-show, without cancellation or contact, 100% of the treatment price will always be charged, regardless of the reason.
2.5 Late arrival
In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be automatically canceled and treated as a no-show, with charges according to section 2.4.
3. Payment terms
Payment is made via the payment options available in the booking system or at the clinic. In case of non-payment, an invoice may be issued with a payment term of 10 days. Late payments may incur reminder fees and collection charges in accordance with applicable law.
4. Age requirement
The following applies for treatments at Capillus Beauty:
- 18 years minimum age for all treatments.
- Parental consent is not accepted for aesthetic treatments on minors.
5. Health condition and responsibility
You are responsible for informing the practitioner about:
- medical conditions,
- pregnancy or breastfeeding,
- skin conditions, infections, or wounds,
- medications that may affect the skin or treatment,
- allergies or sensitivities.
Capillus Beauty is not responsible for complications or side effects that may arise if relevant information has not been provided or has been withheld.
6. Results and guarantee
Treatment results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, hair growth, lifestyle, hormones, and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired result.
Capillus Beauty does not guarantee results and is not responsible for outcomes that vary due to individual conditions or inadequate aftercare.
7. Hygiene and clinic rules
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following rules apply in the clinic:
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the treatment room.
- Mobile phones should be on silent during treatment.
- Children must not be left unattended in the premises.
- Companions are only allowed by prior agreement.
8. Rescheduling by Capillus Beauty
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in case of:
- illness or staff absence,
- technical issues or equipment failure,
- unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment.
9. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after the treatment. We follow Swedish consumer legislation, including the Consumer Services Act.
10. Gift cards
Gift cards purchased at Capillus Beauty are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Personal data and privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy and Cookie Policy. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Limitation of liability
Capillus Beauty is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- loss of income or other financial consequences,
- damages resulting from failure to follow aftercare or instructions,
- reactions or results related to undisclosed medical conditions.
13. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find a solution. If the dispute remains unresolved, the case may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or ultimately by a Swedish court. Swedish law applies.
14. Photography and use of images
In connection with treatments, Capillus Beauty may take before-and-after photos for documentation purposes. These are used to ensure treatment results and as a basis for follow-ups, complaints, or disputes.
Images for documentation purposes may be stored in accordance with applicable laws.
Images may only be used for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, or advertisements) after the customer has given separate, voluntary, and explicit consent.
The customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior use based on consent.
Capillus Beauty takes appropriate measures to protect customer privacy when handling images.
